At Elevate Seniors, we believe that everyone deserves kindness, empathy, and friendship and are incredibly passionate about providing connection and support to seniors who need it. We are leaders and technologists who are excited about leveraging technology to help underserved communities.
Our Founder
Growing up with both of her grandfathers under one roof, Shanthi Thillairajah developed an appreciation for the wisdom, warmth, and social needs of older adults. She experienced firsthand how important consistent connection and companionship can be in enriching the lives of seniors. That early influence stayed with her as she went on to spend six years as a Product Manager at Microsoft, where she became interested in technology’s potential to create meaningful impact at scale. Driven by a desire to apply AI and technology to real-world social challenges, Shanthi founded Elevate Seniors to reach seniors who are often overlooked and connect them with volunteer buddies for human connection and emotional support.
